"As a recently qualified ADI I had been watching the letterbox in anticipation of the lovely brown envelope for some time and in preparation contacted Craig for an informal chat about the SC process to give me an idea of where I needed to focus my attention. Not long after, the postman duly delivered my friendly invite to the local test centre so the SE could observe me waffling and floundering around under pressure of trying to prove I have the skills for the job. I contacted Craig who was more than happy to help put me through my paces on the lesson plan I had put together, so he could take it apart for me. The advice and practical help I was given was priceless and certainly contributed to me attaining a high B (would of been a A if I did not have a cold on the day!).
